I have been selling real estate for over 40 years and I have to say I seem to enjoy it more now than in the early days!  Working with young couples and helping them to achieve their dreams is very rewarding! When I first got my license I did not think I would ever really sell real estate – I worked as a secretary in a real estate office and the broker encouraged me to get the license and I did.  Over the years I have worked many hours on education for myself and then educating my buyers and sellers.

In the time I have off I help my church by serving on the prayer blanket committee.  I love to sew, knit, and do any kind of crafts so making blankets is truly a joyful endeavor. Planting flowers and enjoying nature by either walking, boating or swimming are also favorite pastimes.

My grandchildren are growing up so fast, I have two grandchildren in Louisville and one is in grade school and the other has graduated college. I do pick up the younger grandchild from school and she is so fun.  My other three grandchildren are in Florida so trips to Florida are always a treat.  I love spending time with all of my children and grandchildren – just wish I had more time!

My future goal is to take more trips to Florida and to have a more time for my grandchildren in town as well.  My goal in real estate is to help others – I meet so many interesting people and become friends with my clients.
